Separate age from actual condition
Revalnex does not impose a production-year or date-code cutoff for an initial review. The material must be genuine and unused. A purchase still depends on the specific parts, their condition and market demand.
Describe whether the stock is sealed, opened or partially packed. Opened packaging is accepted for review when the material is unused. Keep different lots and conditions identifiable.
Retain the labels
Keep manufacturer and outer-pack labels with the corresponding material. Record full part numbers, date codes and lot identifiers when available. Clear label photographs may be requested during the review; avoid opening sealed packing just to produce an initial picture.
Explain what you know
Useful information includes available quantity, packing condition, storage location and any relevant records you hold. Do not fill gaps in the history with assumptions. If a quantity is estimated or a record is unavailable, state that clearly.
Follow the material’s handling instructions
Retain any handling, moisture-sensitivity and electrostatic-protection information supplied with the stock. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the specific component and packing. Keep the stock and its records together when it is moved or repacked.
Choose how you want to sell
You can submit a complete stock list, selected lines or a single part number. There is no fixed minimum quantity or inventory value. A single unit can be purchased if it is suitable following assessment.
