A clear inventory list gives a buyer a useful starting point. You can begin with a simple spreadsheet; extensive documentation does not have to be assembled before an initial conversation.

Start with three fields

Record the manufacturer, complete manufacturer part number and quantity available for sale. Keep every suffix and packaging identifier in the part number. Enter the manufacturer separately so that a buyer can identify the material without guessing from a shortened family name.

Use one line for each distinct part number. When the same part is held in different lots, date codes or packing conditions, separate rows help explain what is actually available.

Describe the stock you hold

If available, add date codes, lot codes, packing condition and stock location. Distinguish sealed reels from opened or partial reels. Mark estimated quantities clearly and keep material reserved for production out of the offered quantity.

  • Manufacturer and complete part number
  • Available quantity
  • Date code and lot code, when known
  • Packaging and actual condition
  • Country or region where the stock is held

Keep supporting records connected

Retain original labels and any source records you hold. Clear photographs can help resolve differences between a spreadsheet and a physical label. For an initial Revalnex review, photographs and source records can be supplied later when requested.

Review the list before sending

Check duplicate rows, units and quantities. If stock has been sold or withdrawn since the spreadsheet was created, update the available quantity. Keep a dated copy of the list you submit so later changes can be explained.

A single part number is also welcome

You do not need a large spreadsheet to begin. Revalnex accepts genuine, unused components and development boards for assessment without a fixed minimum quantity or inventory value. For a single part, provide the manufacturer, full part number and quantity through the inventory form.

Initial list assessments and quotations are free. Our team provides a first response within one business day; the complete review and quotation depend on the inventory.
